Our blueberries have long been the absolute favourite for many of our muesli friends. They are specially grown for us on a small organic farm and then gently freeze-dried. The delicious flavour of these small blue berries tastes particularly good in our Blueberry Vanilla Granola. Delicately scented vanilla powder ground from vanilla pods and mild-sweet pecans work perfectly with the crunchy granola base. Sour blackcurrants and sweet apple pieces give the muesli its final flavour.
